WoolPoll 2015 roadshow ready to go national after launch

WOOLPOLL2015 logo Mar10-15AUSTRALIAN Wool Innovation has announced a full list of WoolPoll 2015 roadshows that will start after the launch of the levy ballot in Melbourne this Friday.

The 23 roadshow events in Victoria, Tasmania, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland will start on September 1 in Deniliquin and conclude on October 7 in Wagga Wagga.

AWI directors and staff will attended the roadshows with WoolPoll 2015 panel members to outline the five levy vote options, discuss AWI’s performance across on-farm and off-farm research, development and marketing, as well current and future plans.

AWI chief executive officer Stuart McCullough will attend many of the roadshows, along with senior managers, including general manager for research Paul Swan and Australia country manager Stephen Feighan.

WoolPoll 2015 will be launched by Mr McCullough and panel chairman Will Roberts in Melbourne at a Rural Press Club of Victoria luncheon this Friday. Voting opens on September 14.
