Victorian sheep and beef conference postponed

Sheep Central, June 8, 2022

AGRICULTURE Victoria has had to postpone its annual beef and sheep conference scheduled this month due to COVID and flu cases.

AV’s Program Manager, Meat and Wool Services Kate Linden said Agriculture Victoria has had to make the difficult decision to postpone the 16 June event at the Bendigo Showgrounds.

Attendance has been impacted Covid and flu cases across the community, she said in a message to registrants.

“We will shortly process a full refund for you via Eventbrite, to the credit card used to purchase your ticket.

“We are working on plans to bring some of the great speakers booked for the event direct to producers as part of a series of regional and digital activities over the next six months,” she said.

Interested people will be kept informed of developments via email or through Agriculture Victoria’s newsletter and events alert.
