SHEEP producers will get an insight into the workshops underpinning Australian Wool Innovation’s flystrike extension program in a webinar on 18 October.

The ParaBoss team will run the webinar from 1pm AEST on 18 October to help producers manage blowflies in their sheep flocks this season.

The focus of the webinar will be two of the workshops that are part of AWI’s flystrike extension program – SimpliFly™, for strategic planning and management of flystrike – and ClassiFly™ – breeding for improved flystrike resistance.

The webinar will be presented by consultant Megan Rogers and will provide an update on some of the key content from the workshops to give insights into short-term and long-term flock tools and strategies.

Producers unable to attend will be able to view the webinar recording on the ParaBoss YouTube channel following the session.
