MEAT and Livestock Australia has released a series of webinars on red meat and livestock industry innovation, integrity systems and marketing.
MLA said the IMPACT webinars discuss how the red meat and livestock industry continues to unlock value from existing programs and deliver on new initiatives to ensure future prosperity.
MLA managing director Jason Strong said the past five weeks had provided a fantastic opportunity to update stakeholders throughout the red meat supply chain on key programs of work that demonstrate how industry was creating impact through investments that drive towards the goal of doubling the value of red meat sales by 2030.
“From genetics and genomics, objective measurement and processing automation, world-leading integrity systems and ground-breaking marketing campaigns, there have been a number of game-changing innovations and achievements that have contributed to the red meat industry’s success.
“In this series, our panellists also talk about how as an industry we plan to be bolder, aim higher, tackle complex challenges and maintain a razor-sharp focus on the end game,” Mr Strong said.
“We saw high attendance at the live webinars this year with a lot of interest in the topics as well as some great Q&A sessions.
