RAINFALL across most of Australia from April to June is likely to be below average, but above average in parts of the north, according to the Bureau of Meteorology’s long range forecast.

The bureau said daytime temperatures are very likely to be above average across most of Australia, but below average in parts of the tropical north.

Overnight temperatures are likely to be above average for much of Australia, the bureau said.
