PRODUCERS, researchers and industry stakeholders wanting to keep up to date with the latest in red meat research and development will now have access to a new, easy-to-read e-newsletter focused on the latest Meat & Livestock Australia research.
The R&D Round-Up was launched last week and will deliver short, sharp R&D updates directly to inboxes in the first week of each month.
The e-newsletter will be grouped across various categories including grass-fed and grain-fed cattle, sheep and lambs, and goats, making it easier for readers to select the information most important to them.
MLA research, development and adoption general manager, Michael Crowley, said the creation of R&D Round-Up was all about making it simple for stakeholders to stay informed about MLA-funded R&D outcomes.
“Improving accessibility to MLA’s R&D program, and making it easier for producers to learn about the key results and lessons from research is a key step toward increasing industry adoption of that research.
“Producers are busy, and with MLA conducting a large volume of important industry research, it’s vital we make it as easy as possible for them to know what research we’re doing, what the outcomes are and how they are being implemented,” Mr Crowley said.
All stakeholders with an interest in the latest red meat R&D are encouraged to subscribe to R&D Round-Up, which will be distributed in the first week of each month.
